By accessing our website or engaging Vios Infosystems ("Vios," "we," "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Vios provides verified B2B contact lists, database marketing, data appending, and related digital marketing services, delivered as described on our website or in a client-specific service agreement. Every file is manually verified before delivery.
Contact data licensed to you is for your organization's internal marketing and sales use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the data to third parties. You are responsible for using the data in compliance with applicable marketing and communications laws (such as CAN-SPAM and TCPA) in your jurisdiction.
Payment is due in full, upfront, prior to delivery of data or commencement of services, unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
Every list is manually verified before delivery. We aim for 95%+ email accuracy and 98% accuracy on all other data fields at time of delivery. Lists are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on file size, after manual verification is complete. If hard bounces exceed 10% within 90 days of delivery, you are eligible for a free replacement or a refund for the invalid records — see our Refund Policy for full details. Data accuracy can degrade over time as businesses and contacts change; this guarantee applies to the condition of the data at time of delivery, within the stated 90-day window.
Where stated as part of your service (such as our Database Marketing service), three free quarterly list updates are provided following delivery, in accordance with the terms of that service.
All website content, branding, and compiled datasets remain the property of Vios Infosystems unless explicitly transferred under a service agreement. Licensing data does not transfer ownership of the underlying database.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vios Infosystems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our data or services, including but not limited to lost business opportunities resulting from data inaccuracies beyond our stated guarantees.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any client found to be in violation of these terms, including unauthorized resale or misuse of licensed data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
